Our impact
We work with our member Trusts to make our shared vision a reality: wild, healthy, natural rivers, valued by all. This page summarises everything our movement has achieved so far to bring that vision to life.
Our annual Impact Report shines a spotlight on the brilliant work our Movement has achieved over the past year.
A word from our CEO, Mark Lloyd, to introduce the report and to thank you all for your support.
Our Impact Report contains a selection of fantastic projects from across the Movement, including...
- Trent Rivers Trust using nature-based solutions to restore the River Trent, reconnecting it with two hectares of its natural floodplain.
- West Cumbria Rivers Trust delivering a major river restoration project at Fornside Farm, working closely with the landowner to improve the river and boost the farm's resilience to extreme weather.
- Yorkshire Dales Rivers Trust's Rivers2U mobile education van engaging with 970 children from 40 classes in 27 schools, to bring the next generation closer to our rivers.
